The client wanted to finish off their existing unfinished lower level. The finished space will consist of a home theater, lounge/game area, wine tasting area with fireplace, glass boxed wine room, home office, and full bath. The clients main floors of the home are very traditional and they wanted to go more contemporary/modern in this design.
